Frequently Asked Questions

We will be offering in-person pickup of your online orders at local markets where El's Place will be hosting a stall. We will provide updates on this via our website and Instagram page.

Simply place your order online and select Local Market Pickup at the checkout. If a market runs across an entire weekend, we kindly ask that you write your preferred pickup date in the 'Special Instructions' section during checkout.

On arrival at our El's Place stall, please show us your "order is ready" email along with Photo ID.

At the present time, only local delivery will be available for a flat rate of $7.00. Deliveries will take place on Saturdays only, unless a prior arrangement has been requested. 

We will be delivering to the following areas (NSW):

·  Canada Bay

·  Canterbury-Bankstown

·  City of Ryde

·  City of Sydney

·  Hunters Hill Council

·  Inner West

·  Strathfield Council

·  St George

·  Sutherland Shire (excluding areas of the National Park)

El’s Place  will accept special requests/custom orders when placed with sufficient notice. Currently, a minimum of 8-weeks is required. Special orders can include but are not limited to,  different size mixer bottles to suit your needs, for example, party/wedding favour size or larger size for entertaining.
