How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Because our mixers are made using glass bottles to lock in freshness and flavour, shipping can be higher due to weight and protective packaging. We promise it’s packed with care to arrive safely and in perfect condition.

 

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if there is a fault or issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will absolutely make it right. Your experience matters to us!

 

When will I get my order?

All El’s Place products are handmade in small batches to order, which means order fulfilment may take a little longer than off-the-shelf items.

Once your order is prepared and dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. We appreciate your patience — the extra time allows us to ensure every bottle is fresh, balanced and made with care.

 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we love custom orders!

We offer custom orders, bulk and gifting requests, wedding and party favours, with a minimum of 8-weeks' notice, depending on the size and nature of the request. This allows us enough time to plan, source ingredients and handcraft your order properly.
